Jocelyn Russo

Jocelyn Russo is a Senior Associate in the San Diego office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Ms. Russo practices exclusively family law.

Ms. Russo is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. Ms. Russo has extensive experience in handling all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, enforcement, and post-judgment matters.

Ms. Russo has a passion for family law and is dedicated to assisting clients during what is often the most difficult time of their life. Ms. Russo prides herself on being a zealous advocate for her clients while also providing sympathetic support to clients when need be.

Ms. Russo graduated from Endicott College in Massachusetts, earning a degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Ms. Russo earned her Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Russo was the Business Managing Editor for the Quinnipiac University Law Review.

Ms. Russo was admitted to the State Bar of California in June of 2017. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar, San Diego Family Law Bar, and the Consumer Attorney’s of San Diego Association. Ms. Russo has been recognized as a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in 2023 and 2024, for her diligent work in family law.
